The only thing this property has going for it is that it's close to the Duomo. The photos of the rooms are not reflective of the rooms you will ACTUALLY get. They are worse. Our room had a mosquito infestation, I killed a total of 8 mosquitos during our stay. Every morning I would wake up with bug bites – our windows were closed and it was November during our visit, cold enough for mosquitos to be dead. I was scared to sleep at night because of the bugs. The reception is always in your business. Spend your money at other nice properties in the same area – there are lots to choose from.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Florence (steps away from Il Duomo. Fantastically comfortable bed. Really clean. Kitchenette was great (could do with some more cutlery!). Shower was amazing! Would highly recommend.

It was a poor stay. I wouldn’t stay again. Upon check in after the allowed time, we got our keys and had to wait outside the room for the lady to finish cleaning. Poor communication, I felt bad that we rushed her but the front desk should be communicating and knowing which rooms are clean and are not… the room itself was okay. The location was great, only plus, except the street is very very very noisy at all hours of he night. It was hard to get a good nights rest. The rooms did not feel very clean. Pros: The staff at the front desk was friendly and the location was good, nice central downtown area and it was a good price.

Booked (1) queen city view room. Mattress is not queen; instead, two small twins connected with each other. The room smells like a public toilet—huge issue the sewers! The receptionist was rude; if you do not like the room you can leave! Noisy street “City View” with a guitar music and two (2) speakers. Grossly misadvertised!

Was centrally located. 2 blocks from the Duomo. Small but clean. Check in time was 2:30. Couldn’t get in until after 3:00. I’d stay here again, knowing that trying to get into your room early or even on time is a pipe dream.

The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal for walking to the major Florence sights. Our room was on the small side but adequate for our needs and it was very quiet. The major problem was the mold and/or mildew under the shower and at the window.
