Triple charged for room. Expedia and Microtel twice. Room was dirty, no battery in the smoke detector, no hair dryer and elevator was broken.

The front desk staff were very polite and professional. The room was clean, except for some items left in the fold out bed. The elevator was broken. Most of the electrical outlets either did nto work or when plugged in hung out.of the socket. I would not stay again and cancelled my return stay for which I got no refund for.

The staff was unable to make my Wyndam Rewards VISA work in their system even though I had them talk to their Customer Service and Hotels.Com accepted it. I tried a secord card, same result. Another customer had same result with their system. I am through with Wyndham and Chioce hotels. Offshore Customer service is a really bad joke for customers.

Expedia screwed up the reservation single pay card so we had to wait on the phone with call support from outside US and there was a lot of back and forth calls to front desk of hotel to try and resolve issue. Elevator broken, carpets dirty in hallways and stairs. Hotel is not well cared for and the water in shower was cold.

The Hotel was dirty as Hell Bathroom paint peeling and mold! elevator did work you need to walk to 2nd and 3rd floors parking lot litter with empty food container back parking lot people Haning out in cars in the night young girls walking in the back parking lot! This place should be condemned! want my money back after booking online from the road but person behind the desk said no refunds!! Shame on you hotels.com!!!! never book with you again! you don't not check any of these places ...All you do is get commission on booking!!!!! And customers suffer!!!!!

Wonderful place to stay. Last minute stop, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast had a nice variety. Will definitely use this place again next time traveling through.
