The sheets and pillowcases may be clean, but they are so wrinkled that they at look dirty, the mattress cover was to big and not tucked in properly which made the bed fee already used. Carpet was not very clean and the shower was not cleaned properly from the last guests hair. This definitely do not justify the high overnight rate.

Check in (evening) receptionist was inflexible and unyielding. Pool was closed without any notice. Otherwise very good stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Morning receptionist however was excellent and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Nice property, but does need some work.
This was a nice property at a good price. The pet fee was reasonable, but the pet walk area was small. In addition, there were no poop bags and the poop bag trash can was full with other refuse. The black out curtains on my room did not close, so the parking lot lights shone through the sheers all night, that wasn't fun.

The check-in experience wasn’t great but the hotel is fairly new and in good condition. I would consider staying there again and just hope the late-night staff has better training in the future.
