Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked. Fix that and the place would be awesome!

We cannot speak highly enough of this hits, or express our gratitude. Unfortunately,we had an accident before arriving at the airport that required my wife to require a wheelchair for our entire stay. The hotel was amazingly accommodating, changed our room more than once to help, and provided assistance above and beyond. The staff were amazing an truly exceptional. My wife adds that the luxury amenities were perfect. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfectly located property right by the river. Every staff member was excellent and so helpful and kind. Property also has an amazing roof deck with incredible views of the city and river. Our room was great and also had a nice sized balcony with a great view of the city.

Lovely, clean and quiet room. I had paid for a single room but was pleasantly surprised to find I had been upgraded to a spacious double room on arrival. (216). The bathroom was very clean, although the hairdryer didn’t work. I had a quiet, relaxing stay and would return again. Bar prices were very expensive, so I did not drink within the hotel. Rooftop terrace offered amazing views across Florence.
