Property should be renovated completely. The carpet, faucet, the surrounding. Not pleasant at all. I got there about 10pm, and I left around 6am
I couldn’t wait for daylight to leave the place.

The check in clerk was friendly. The room was clean, but musty smelling. Turning the air conditioner down quickly took the smell away. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. It was good for an overnight stay.
Beds were so comfortable and the staff was so friendly!

There was a slightly offensive odor in the room. Not dirty, just odd.
The female personnel were all very gracious, welcoming and helpful.
We were asked to make a damage deposit of $50 which would be returned when we turned in our keys. Never have we encountered this before.
I really enjoyed my stay at The Quality Inn. Clean is the best description of what I have for the staff and the facility. What I was disappointed that there were No in house laundry machines. If a washer and dryer QI would surpass so many hotels.
We arrived Early the morning of the 7th. The staff including the maids were very nice. They even cleaned our room early so we could check in somewhat early. The night of the 18th ar 9:45 i asked Tiffany who was working the front desk for a fork and she refused to get me one. She said that if i wanted cutlery then i needed to get it in the morning when breakfast is served. I had to drive to the store and purchase a fork. I came back to Tiffany an hour later to ask for a trash bag so i could clean the room and and she was on the phone with friends. She didnt seem to want to get up and help me. She said that they dont have trash bags. I explaind that i needed 2 bags for the trash cans provided and she rudly without getting up handed me one small bag that she found next to her again without getting up and looking. Everyone was extremely nice except for Tiffany at the front dest. Also the A/C unit in room 119 was leaking so bad that it soaked the carpet and also made are clothing and bedding wet. The A/C has been leaking for some time because there is mold on the floor and baseboard. I will enclose a photo. The other photos are how we left the room when we left.
