“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The customer service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Giovanny at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!”

Lovely stay could not fault at all. Our room was huge with 2 very large beds (room 104) with plenty of room to move about. Bathroom also very good, great shower too. All the Staff were absolutely fantastic, very welcoming, extremely helpful. Special mention to Dina who made our stay extra special thank you. Fantastic location, walking distance to bus, train & tram depots. Tram goes straight to airport, very efficient, €1.70 per person. Breakfast was also very good. If we return to Florence we will definitely stay here again.
