Dear Guest,We regret for your report.Unfortunately, due to the higher temperature than the seasonal average and the presence of the river Arno, we registered many mosquitos this winter. Immediately, we act with sprays to try to reduce the discomfort.Our staff is always at disposal of all our guests during the stay in case of report. There is no kettle in the room but we can provide it on request. Otherwise we have a bar open until late in the evening.The cost of parking is communicated at the time of check-in and allows to leave your car in complete safety and always have it available. The rate is in line with the prices charged by other hotels and private car parkings in this area of Florence.We’re sorry for the wait at breakfast and for not having made you perceive the quality normally appreciated by our guests.
