Hotel que necessita uma renovacao completa. Desde o telhado ate o banheiro . Recebi o quarto com vaso sanitario entupido e so foi arrumado no segundo dia . No ultimo dia nao tinha agua, precisei fazer minha higiene pessoal em outra reparticao longe do quarto e ate mesmo usar o vaso sanitario fora do quarto mais de um dia .

A localização é perfeita. O atendentes cortezes e educados. Só fiquei um pouco insatisfeita com o quarto, o vaso sanitário estava balançando, ficamos com medo de sentar e quebrar, e o chuveiro elétrico também estava danificado, tivemos trabalho pra conseguir ligar no quente e vazava água o tempo todo pela torneira. Também não gostei do fato que ter que buzinar pra alguém da recepção abrir o portão da garagem, poderiam pensar numa forma mais prática, pq tínhamos que buzinar 2,3x pra alguém abrir o portão e liberar a saída.

A estadia neste hotel deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos importantes. O quarto tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, e a limpeza não estava adequada, com as colchas de cama encardidas. Além disso, o chuveiro apresentou problemas com a água quente, o que tornou o banho desconfortável. Por outro lado, a limpeza nas áreas comuns parecia bem melhor, e os corredores estavam perfumados, o que causou uma boa primeira impressão. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com opções variadas e bem preparadas. No entanto, pelo preço cobrado, esperava uma estrutura melhor. Considerando o custo-benefício, não recomendo este hotel.

Cobros aplicados que no corresponden
Fue un regalo para mis padres tenía echa dos reservas una era a la llegada a Brasil, luego ellos iban a camboriu y volvían al hotel. Bueno en el hotel dijeron q no existía tal reserva, hablé directamente desde chile con la persona donde me aseguraba a mí y a mis padres q no existía tal reserva siendo que yo la tenía en mi poder. Tuve que contactarme con Hoteles.com y ellos tuvieron que llamar para q revisaran que la estadía estaba vigente y pagada, luego de eso mágicamente apareció la reserva. A esto se le suma que estoy con el banco viendo un tema de un cobro realizado por este Hotel por otra reserva siendo que tengo todos los WhatsApp donde ellos me informan que nunca se realizó tal pago siendo que está en mi cartola. En resumen tengan cuidado con las reservas que hagan con ellos y con los cobros que ellos realizan y después se desentienden.

Piscina imprópria para banho.
Uma dica pergunta sobre a piscina. Ficamos no hotel, por ter piscina, porém está imprópria para banho. Na chegada foi informado, que iam limpar, mas no período que ficamos não foi limpo.

Pé na areia muito conveniente.
Hotel pé na areia, fotos de acordo com a realidade. O hotel não é novo mas está em boas condições. Praia e café da manhã excelentes, hotel tem estacionamento gratuito e a localização é maravilhosa. A sugestão é inovar roupas de cama e decoração dos quartos, mas voltaria ao hotel, certamente.
