Nice stay
The hotel has good amenities, and fantastic meals. Staff was very nice and friendly (every single person I interacted with). On the other hand, the hotel looks a bit dated and would be nice to refresh it or even simple things as making sure the pools are really clean, the mats on the pool floor looks nice and things like that. Also, great job being mindful about COVID.

Gostamos bastante do hotel, já fui em melhores ,mas pelo valor valeu muito a pena!! Hotel com várias piscinas, espaço de lazer bem ampla,atendimento muito bom. Lugar ótimo para descansar, respirar ar puro, pois é cercado pela floresta, pela serra. E a água termal do resort é ótima, muito relaxante. O resort está com estrutura necessitando de melhorias nos aposentos, nas piscinas internas e também nas trilhas da mata. As refeições são ótimas, considero pouca variedade de pratos, mas oferece o suficiente, e mais importante, de muita qualidade, com muito sabor!
