A large living room with brand new fully equipped kitchen with large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hob with 4 gas burners, electric fan oven, extractor hood, safety audible smoke detector. Located on the North-West side of a two-storey building built in the early 1960s in the monumental area of Forio, 100 meters from the famous Church of Soccorso, one of the icons of the entire island of Ischia. On one side it overlooks Piazza Municipio and on the other a garden. From one of the large balconies you can enjoy the view of the historic Town Hall, the Franciscan Convent and the ancient Church of the Congrega di Visitapoveri. In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance: beaches, port, paid parking (to be booked), bars (also with delivery service for breakfast), supermarket, cinema, pharmacy, shops, pizzerias, restaurants and nightlife venues, dinghy rental , car/scooter rental.
