Cute, boutique hotel. Friendly staff. The walls are thin and one of the nights was noisy with partiers. The electrical outlet for the fridge and coffee pot went out twice during our four day stay. Love Ace Gilletts!

This is a cool boutique hotel - has a lot of history but modern amenities. Great location! Staff were super nice! Would stay here again.

Three nights in two rooms - great beds, Nespressos and staff. Good parking, but very stylish/uncomfortable chairs in-room. No desks in-room, but a nice set in the lobby.

A speakeasy-sleep-easy!

Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Love speakeasy in the basement and coffee shop accessible from the hotel without having to go outside. We stay here frequently while visiting kids at CSU and like that every room is different. The Nespresso machine in the room is a nice treat.

The front desk staff was always upbeat and happy. When I had a question, they always had an answer. The floor with the above guests were a bit noisy but not for long. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed that the front door always opened for me just as I was walking into the building.

Extremely charming property located in (seemingly) the heart of the downtown area with walking access to restaurants, shops, and bars. I can't recommend it highly enough and, if I'm back in Ft. Collins, I will be booking again!

The Armstrong is simply a hidden gem. Sure the walls are thin and floors are creaky in a historic building, but everything has been restored or remodeled "to a T", and staff is always sweet and professional. Kenzie gets an A

Quick getaway

We were able to check in a little bit earlier since our room was ready. The parking lot was right behind the Hotel easy access. It lobby was decorated for the holidays. Our room was nice and the bathroom was clean
