I booked the hotel through hotels.com and in this website doesn’t say anything about the valet parking however when we got to the property that was the only option available and it was a charge of $35 per night which it’s very expensive. I walked to the front desk and the staff were very rude trying to explain that in their website it’s stated the nightly reate but not in Hotels.com. I got in contact with an agent using the chat option but conversation was ended without a solution and I am now not able to get back to the chat and I’m Not willing to pay the $35 since I was not aware of it.

Free shuttle to hotel from airport? Called twice to be picked up. First call agent said that the green Aloft shuttle would arrive in 15 minutes. Called second time a half hour later. Waited another half hour and again it didn’t arrive. It was very difficult standing and waiting due to a recent hip surgery so the only alternative was to take a taxi. The only response was a “sorry” without a reason why we weren’t picked up. This will be the last time booking at an Aloft (Marriott. Hotel was clean but the food was basic. Back to booking Hilton hotels.

The best place to stay by the port
Awesome room for an amazing price. Everything felt new and modern. Super clean and spacious everywhere. Rooftop bar and hangout space. Delicious food. There are games including a pool table that was in great condition.
