What a fantastic experience at B Ocean Resort! Just out of the Spring Break crowd, though easy to walk down to “The Strip.” Amazing service & super friendly staff! Check in, check out, & booking were simple, without issue. Love the bar by the pool & on the beach, too. The bed was super comfortable, too. Great girls long weekend trip! I will definitely return’

We liked that it was beachfront with pools, unfortunately had rainy cool weather so it didn’t make it worth the high price. Staff were great, especially a cleaner who kept making jokes with my kids and gave them a teddy, and the waitress at the restaurant who went above and beyond to help my little girls see the mermaids in the mermaid show. I was very disappointed at the dining options. The website boasts several restaurants but only 1 or 2 open at a time and the price was high and selection not great. My husband basically got scolded by the cashier at the breakfast cafe on our last day since he had breakfast early with my kids, then I came down for breakfast, and then we had lunch there while we waited for our cab to our cruise. She scolded my husband for eating so much before a cruise! It wasn’t our fault there were so few options and our children need to eat before our 1:15 cruise boarding time! My other big complaint was the room temperature. We froze in our room no matter how much we fiddled with the thermostat the AC was blasting all the time and we were all freezing! With the very high cost of this resort, I don’t think we would be back.

I felt like we were deceived from the hotel pictures when we check. Ed in Abby was updated a nice. We had to upgrade our room as we were told. It was a premium room. But at my standards, it wasn't. The halls had older rugs as did my room The furniture in the room was also old the pool was nice but needed to be updated along with areas around it. Let's face it. The hotel needs to be.updated When I told the lady at the front desk that I felt like I was deceived from the pictures of the hotel and the rooms She knew because she just smiled Fool me lunch but not twice

We used to look forward to staying here for the location and amenities, but the quality is not what is used to be. Additionally, a family members wallet was stolen from their room; however the resort insists it was left on the beach and found by a lifeguard despite it never leaving the room. Security told us the there are no cameras in the area of the room, acted as if this happens often by the housekeeping team, and addressed the matter in a very nonchalant way. There are other nicer properties with better quality and professionalism. We will stay elsewhere next time.
