The hotel is very clean, but the rooms are very out dated. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been updated in more than 20 years. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff… nice beach location. The room itself needed repairs.. the entry door had major gaps (see light all the way around the door) as if it had been kicked in in the past…. You could hear everything in the hallway, even foot steps in the hallway … the chain lock was hanging by one small screw & parts of it fell off when opening the door. The walls are paper thin as we we awoken by loud neighbors in the very early hours of the morning (3am).

Beautiful resort, very laid back. Great place to relax. Beach was great, balcony had a perfect view of the ocean. City also has a free Circuit shuttle around the waterfront area which was very helpful for those without a car.

The only negative for us was lack of choices to eat on the property. A coffee shop that closed at 2:00 is odd and inconvenient. The one place to eat is less than ideal for a crowded resort. Overall this is a lovely place on the ocean. We would definitely stay here again and go out to eat more often.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Beachcomber Hotel. The bed was uncomfortably small, the room was dirty, and the AC kept malfunctioning. To make matters worse, I found hair in my omelet—completely unacceptable! The food overall was subpar, and the extra charges were excessive—$40 resort fee and $18 for parking. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Newly renovated Door was not fit property- very noisy; next to elevator Poor water pressure Clean; friendly, helpful staff Upset that I could not get refunded the last day as we had to leave at 5; or at least partially because of booking thru Expedia I paid for insurance also In addition, I had to ask where our microwave was- as there was not one in our room Nice patio and entertainment

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row. We love the area, this hotel is very close to the Pier, the pool is super warm here, they have a big beautiful beach. The rooms are remodeled & lovely, great food & live entertainment. We will be back!!

This is definitely the hopping spot in pompano! Great beach views, beautiful place. Everywhere in the area is expensive, though. You’d think the resort fee and parking would come with the booking. You even have to pay for coffee. But it was a really nice fun relaxing spot with a lot to offer.
