DO NOT BOOK
I arrived at 1am after delayed flights to find that the door code provided did not work. After being in the phone for 1.5 hours with zero success, I was told by Vacasa that I would be refunded for the night AND to go find the nearest hotel where I would refunded for one night at a hotel (text message proof). Once I checked into the hotel and paid for it, at 3:30am, I received a message from Vacasa that they would not pay for a hotel. I am still battling with this. I have yet to see any refund for anything! Even with proof from text messages on what they would refund. On day 2 of the stay, the property manager met us and provided the correct code. He said that Vacasa is continuously providing the wrong code for the property. After booking this 2 night stay for a funeral, I now have to pay more for a hotel on top of the house. Vacasa are liars! DO NOT BOOK!
