Bins: bins are located in the back alley of the property. You can drop your bags there, please do not move the bins from there as they are picked up by the city from there.
Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isn’t allowed
Party/Noise: Quiet hours 10pm - 8am. We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d like to remind you that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES!
Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.
Alarm: If the alarm even goes ON. Code is 1920 to stop it.
