Although the room itself was comfortable, my biggest struggle was with the service. I stayed for 4 nights, and getting my eoom Serviced after night 2 was a nightmare. The staff made it seem like they were available, but after hours of waiting, nothing was done. The pool had construction done during our stay. I was hopeful that the staff would be able to give me my moneys worth, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Overall, the bed is very comfortable, the view is nice, and the valet staff is great.

The front desk staff was very lazy. would rather text than help anyone. This happened on two occasions. Plus the room wasn't ready at 4:00 for a 3:00 check in

Convenient location to hard rock casino. The nightclub and pool were closed. The room we were given had a clogged toilet, as well as the shower flooded immediately and we had to move rooms on no notice. Horrible experience all around.

The club on the 7th floor is open every night and you can hear it all the way through the 4th floor(which I was on). It’s loud that the hotel gives you earplugs for you to use at night. Our covers were not clean and we tried to call room service and the front desk from our but they never answered the phone so we had to go down stairs. Lastly the coffee shop downstairs never has anyone at the counter so you have to do a light yell “hello” to get someone. I definitely will not be staying here again.

I've stayed at the Dolce before, and I'm a very big fan. I'm the last person in the world to complain about anything, so if I'm the only one to complain about this ignore me, but the pillows were awful. I can sleep on couches, the floor, in a tent, no big deal, but all 4 pillows were so big, no matter which one i used, my head was more than than a foot above the rest of my body. I just bundled my sheet up to make a pillow out of it and was fine, but who picked them? No complaints about their quality but they were all throw pillow size thickness.

The property was conveniently located but not easily accessible, was charged an excessive $100/day security deposit and was charged $30/day for the use of their amenities that I didn’t use, also charged $30/day for valet parking (no self parking)

Honeymoon Stay

Dolce by Wyndham was the perfect choice for our quick honeymoon stay in Florida. Conveniently located near the Hard Rock Casino & Resort, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The reception area is stunning, creating a welcoming first impression. Our room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed. One of the highlights was the heated rooftop pool—it was perfectly warm even on a chilly, rainy 40-degree day, making for a relaxing and memorable experience. While the on-site restaurant is on the pricier side, the convenience and quality were appreciated. Plus, the complimentary shuttle to the Hard Rock Casino was a great perk. Though we only stayed one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return!

Hotel doesn’t have fully functional generator!! The hotel was gorgeous - modern, well decorated. Unfortunately I had a bad experience when I stayed here while traveling to celebrate my birthday. Long story short I was extremely disappointed in the service at the rooftop restaurant G7 first, but it got worse. After leaving to eat elsewhere and returning to the hotel to no air conditioning on and the main door open I was very confused. In the halls leading to my room there was loud beeping which I thought was a fire alarm but another guest advised it was because the power was off. So the elevators and hall lights worked but got to my room to no lights and AC, along with horrible beeping for hours. The next day at checkout when I brought it up they advised it was only an hour, which wasn’t only untrue but also was no excuse. The agent also added that McDonald’s nearby experienced issues with power as this impacted the whole area. No excuse for a hotel at this price, it gave the feeling of a low cost motel despite how pretty and exciting the property was, I left disappointed and shocked really
