Khaleelah

The manager of the hotel Is horrible and needs to be fired. She refused me and my friend service for literally no reason and wouldn’t even disclose the reason. She then proceeded to call the police on us. Which didn’t do anything but make her look bad because they understood exactly where we were coming from. We asked the officers to get her name and she then proceeded to give us her employees name and not hers. Ridiculous. I will never spend my money at this establishment. And she said the age to book was 21, I went on the website to get the policy info and it was 18 so she lied about that as well. She needs to be fired.

The staff that greets you at the front desk is rude, they need to put nice people in that position, the room was moderately clean, there were almost no towels, I do not recommend it at all, I regret having been there when there are so many less expensive and much better options.

The AC unit was filthy and didn’t work. The bedroom and bathroom smelled dirty. The premises needed repaired and an updated overall. At night time plenty of traffic noise, including ambulance and cruiser sirens. Hotel staff is very helpful, professional, and kind but this building is not a good host.
