Staff at front desk not friendly or helpful. our room was very smelly and because i have scentsitivity to smells it gave me an instant migraine. Called front desk and they said nothing g they could do, all full. Huge ballpark light pole shine into our room. No fridge Furniture was stained and scratched and dented up. Walls paper thin, could hear someone snoring. Tiny ants in the sink Traffic noise was bad No pool, there was actually a “condemned” notice on the doors going out the to the stairs. Website should’ve stated that pool was out of service. Pros: Bed and pillows good Heating and A/C good Nice new gym Safe easy to use click radio and lamps had USB ports no carpets new shower/bathroom big spacious room breakfast was ok if you love carbs Driver of shuttle was a nice gentleman. Overall, not impressed for Best Western. My understanding is that it was a Days Inn and they are likely upgrading but the price should reflect that. We paid $600 to stay 2 nights! If the hotel was up to standard, yes I wouldn’t mind. Would i stay again? Nope, well if it was free.

Stayed there for 1 night as boarding a cruise the next day. First impression went bad immediately as the employee checking us in looked like she was in a hurry to finish her shift and did not even greet or welcome us. When we got to the room, the noisy AC gave me a preview of how restless my night would be! The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom was such that we entered the shower with flip flops on. Breakfast in the morning was chaotic as they were clearly not prepared to cater for a fully booked hotel. I can understand that they are understaffed, like most places but that place needs both physical updates and better staff management and training. One lady working during breakfast could not understand English and had to go ask the receptionist to translate. I am not a fussy person but would not recommend this place.
