Hallways have a bad odour. No free shuttle to cruiships. Breakfast is very mediocre. No inroom safes. However, Elicia at the front desk is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Expedia, you need to review how you arrive at customer ratings; any reviews outside of at least 60 days is irrelevant. Our recent vacation included 3 hotel stays, all chosen because they were 8/10 or higher, and 2 of the 3 deserved a 4/10 overall. This Hampton Inn smelled, the lobby was dirty, the elevator was filthy, our room door was broken (literally had to lift & slam to close), the front desk staff were dismissive, room floor was dirty. Only positive is 5 min from the airport and an Outback Restaurant across the street.
