Very disappointed with our stay here. The hotel overall had a very musty smell. Everything appeared clean but upon closer inspection was absolutely not. I walked around the room barefoot after taking a shower (with dry feet) and my feet were completely black within minutes. Our shower glass door was broken and to get in/out of the shower was a weightlifting nightmare. Our toilet barely flushed and almost overflowed with even the smallest amount of urine.

Almost perfect.
My stay was comfortable. Checkin took a while because here was only 1 front desk agent. I only stayed 1 night, therefore, i didnt use the amenities. I didnt have any issues until I forgot something. I called several times and still haven't retrieved my item.

Lady at check in was extremely rude to her coworker that was only looking for her to help him with something. Later when my Uber order was stolen by people in the lobby she was not helpful at all, which makes me believe she may have been part of the scam to steal the food.

Property is clean in common areas, fair breakfast. Convenient to airport and to stores to grab items if you need for cruise ship. However walked into our room and it smelled like wet dog. Realised they had wet vacuumed the carpet and it did not dry. Also very run down looking room. This was 1am in the morning after 24 hrs of travelling to 3 airports to make our cruise. Too exhausted to argue with the preoccupied front desk staff. We slept literally on the covers, took a shower and left for cruise port. Will not stay here again.
