All the staff was pleasant and polite. I ask to upgrade my room which I paid the different. (Luckily they had it available) Breakfast area was clean. The hotel had a moldy smell.

hurricane Milton
We evacuated from.thewest coast of Florida during Milton. The hotel was very accommadating to everyone, even the ones with pets. Housekeeping was doing their best to stay on top. The beds and room were fine. On the down side, the air conditioning in the room was not working well. It did not take the humidity out of the air. The quality of the breakfast was not too good. All in all we were grateful to have a place to stay
