Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Check in person was impolite. Got in to the check in and standing in front of her for more than a minute and no greeting or acknowledgment that I was in front of her. When check out same thing. Good breakfast. Slow elevator.

The service from shuttle pick up at the Airport to my check in at the hotel was quick and easy. The breakfast menu had a wide variety to choose. Check out and shuttle service back to the airport was very easy and on time. The service from the staff was really great. I truely enjoyed my stay.

All Good Except the Shuttle!
The hotel was fine and reasonably priced with a decent breakfast. My only complaint is their claim to offer an airport shuttle. It was difficult to reach someone by phone to request the service. When the shuttle hadn't arrived after 15-20 minutes (the hotel is only about 2 miles from the airport), I called again and was told that the shuttle makes many stops and that I could expect it to take at least 20 minutes and probably more like half an hour or an hour! We gave up and took an Uber for $20.
