Worst motel/hotel ive ever stayed at. The list of things that are wrong is endless, from the wifi that doesnt work except during the night to the shoddy upkeep and cheap repairs there was no soap or bodywash, no fresh towels, or even an appearance by housekeeping. Expedia: this place should not be on your list of motels. Everyone we talked to there agrees. There were 0 amenities. Awful for $300/b8ghr. Thete is a Hampton Inn next door. Go there instead.

Told on checkin that there where no rooms available despite the booking with Hotels.com We then spent some time in a chat to your help agent. After what must have been 20-30 mins the receptionist then came over and said she had personally checked the rooms and now had one for us. A somewhat sressful episode we could have done without. It easnt clear if Hotels,com had been notified. Not a goid experience

There was nothing to say positive about this Property. We arrived and immediately knew we were tricked by the pictures and "amenities". Our room had hairs inside of the bathtub, floor and no towels or soap. We brought this to attention and we were moved to another room. There was pubic hairs on the bed spread, no soaps, towels. The rooms all have the same television, all smart T.V.'s---Huge problem, the Property is trying to be cheap! No WI-FI NO SIGNALS We starred at a BLANK T.V. Screen 5 days and were told, "I'm sorry we cant do anything." HORRIBLE HOUSEKEEPING & HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE- NEVER CAME BY OUR ROOM PATHETIC TO SAY "BREAKFAST" BREAD AND BREAD, HORRIBLE COFFEE NEVER REFILLING ANYTHING MISLEADING PROPERTY BE CAREFUL

Horrible hotel

The first room was full of water from the a/c, the second room had roaches. There was nothing but coffee to drink at 9:15 am because they had run out of orange juice. They use a fire stick for tv but the wifi signal was none existent.

We enjoyed our stay. The young lady that welcomed us was attentive and knowledgeable. She let us know the continental breakfast times and directed us to parking and our room. It was quiet at night and the room was comfortable to be in. Clean and fresh fragrance. There is a nice pool area with plenty of seating and a bar that you can enjoy some drinks at, without leaving their property. Nice place to stay overnight,before boarding our cruise today

The ice machines are all broken. Ask the bartender for a cup of ice and she said she would get shoot out by her boss if she gave me ice. She did offer to sell it to me for $.50. I declined. What a worthless Hotel. Never stay there unless you are addicted to crack.

No hand soap, remote for tv didn’t work. The fence was broken making it insecure. The picture of the hotel outside is not what it actually looks like. The pictures are very deceiving. The place is a very sketchy place and doesn’t feel very safe.
