I Get up And do cardio every morning, which is why I booked a hotel with cardio equipment, but this property doesn’t open the cardio equipment till nine because it’s beside a room. On top of that, the walls are paper thin so when I stayed there, they placed me next to a handicap room which was occupied and the lady in the other room was so loud and disgruntled the entire trip. That’s all I heard all day all night when I was in the room. The staff was really nice and the area is safe and easily walkable to a lot of places but without that it would be a Zero from me.

Nice place but very overpriced. They had a big problem with the phone system and could not take incoming calls so I had to take an uber for my ride which was frustrating. The front clerk Aaliyah took the fare from my rate which was very nice.

The staff was very professional, personable, and accommodating. The room was spacious. The general upkeep or maintenance of the place is mediocre, the elevator is really slow. It’s an older building. I had to request a new/updated room key three to four times. The hotel was okay given the reasonable price, plus they provided a shuttle to the airport which is a plus!

I stayed at this property 3 years ago and it was nice, modestly priced and while aged, was in good condition. The plan was to get to Fort Lauderdale one day before a cruise and spend a night at this hotel. I was appalled at the condition of the building and the individual rooms. The staff refused to assist me when I discovered I had left my credit card at home. I had reserved the room months in advance and the total price for two adults, with tax, was right around $200. They had my account information and I called several days in advance to verify my reservation and my sister’s name. Weather forced my original flight to be cancelled and forced me to make new arrangements. I would have to fly out of a different airport almost two hours from my home and very early in the morning. I hurriedly gathered my belongings and left home almost 12 hours sooner than planned. In my haste to get out the door, I mistakenly left my travel wallet at home and left without any cash, credit cards and driver’s license. I didn’t discover this mistake until I was the airport. All I had was a passport and Apple Pay. The staff at the hotel refused to allow me to check in without actually seeing a credit card, wouldn’t take cash or Apple Pay. They kept my sister on hold for over 15 min. when she called to get picked up by their van, I told the front desk she was waiting. When I finally got my room it was $274-No working phone, outlets, few working lamps and fickle keycards. Do not stay here.

Dirty!
The room we were first given was disgusting. It was a suite with a pull out bed and the bed was not made. The mattress was disgusting with stains all over it. We tried to flip it and the other side had trash stuck all over it. There was no bedding for the couch in the room and when we went downstairs to get some they had a thin set of sheets to cover the mattress but no blanket and one pillow for 2 kids. The bathroom floor was sticky. The key cards were broken or didn't work on all doors in the hotel. The one positive was the staff was really friendly and did try to help make things better. We were switched to a new room the second night which was cleaner.

Dirty wet towel with hair was left in the bathroom and hair was on the refrigerator, bed skirt was not fix properly, couldn't make a call to the desk l, finally figured the phone was unplugged, pieces of trash was on the carpet, call for wash cloth was told I would have to go down and pick them up and I didn't and they never brought them up
