There was no hot water in my shower. I called the first day and they said OK we’ll get it taken care of and then there was no phone in my room while there was a phone, but it didn’t work so I’m scrambling trying to call down to the front desk to tell them that there was no hot water and I had to Use my cell phone and they said OK. We’ll get it fixed for you today. No changes.

I like the cleanliness even there is a construction going on and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast can be vastly improved with eggs, sausage, bacon and variety of fruits available.

Property was under construction. My reservation was for a single bed room. I arrived within check in time and was told they didn't have a single bed room left. The property overall was nice. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and a gas station

Property was being remodeled when we stayed so it won’t be fair to judge too harshly. Breakfast was pathetic at best. Was thrown together at a conference room elevators were dirty. Rooms need a bit of work and not just a fresh coat of paint

First I called to tell her we were going to be late. Th. And then she called me back and asked me if I wanted to be on the first floor or up to the fourth floor. I told her the 4th floor but I asked is the elevator working and do they have one she said yes. So I said the fourth floor would be fine. Come to find out I was the one booked on the first floor and she was trying to give it away to someone else. She didn't tell me I was booked on the first floor already. When I got there the elevators not working I have bad knees. I was so annoyed. We were only staying there one day and going to a cruise. I told her let me think about it let me go outside and talk to my family. She said do you want me to hold the third room for you cuz that's all we have left that's closer to the first floor. I said yes. Because she gave my first floor away. Then when I came back she tried to give me the fourth floor. I told her no you told me the third floor she was like oh yeah that's right how did she forget in 5 minutes or less. Then I asked her for a printout of my receipt that I paid for the room. She told me I had to get the print out from Expedia. Well that's not true. never heard of that before. I told her no you give me the print out of my receipt I don't get it from Expedia. She argued with me for a while then she printed it out. That was weird. Then she told me to have a nice night rudely. Then we went to breakfast and it wasn't really breakf
