Bad place to stay
Didn’t feel safe, broken outside door by our room, noisy all night, only had coffee but no sugar, etc. Won’t stay again and would never recommend. Evening person at check in was rude.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. We stayed one night at the beginning of the week and at the end. I was told when leaving the 1st night that I could use AARP card for an additional discount, which would also give us a later check-out time. The only problem I had with the room was that you couldn’t charge your phone next to the bed, since the USB plugs next to the bed didn’t work. The only plug was on the desk across the room. The bathroom was very large and could use a table next to the sink, since the sink is very small for shaving or make-up items. You will also need to bring a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner. The second day we arrived very early and the lady at the desk, told us the the room was not ready, but she would have the cleaning lady do our room 1st. She also stored our luggage for use so we could go to breakfast until room was cleaned, since there is a restaurant next to the hotel, which is very convenient. When we returned there was a gentleman at the desk and everything that the lady had told us was now different. Can’t use the discount since I booked through Hotels.com., and would have to pay for early check in, (the room was not ready and now he had no idea when it would be.) He was not very personable and his disagreeable attitude was the reason I gave this hotel a lesser review.

Fraud on Credit Card
This hotel sold my credit card number and I had fraudulent charges on my car within 4 days after my one night stay. I am sure it was this hotel as they are the only place I used this particular card. They take a screen shot of your drivers license along with your credit card info which is a bit shady. The results is fraud. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST. Also the place is dirty not up to usual Motel 6 standards. People should be fired and arrested. Do Not Stay Here!!!!

At the front desk the Lady was very nice and let us store our luggage as we had arrived early and told the rooms where not cleaned as yet told to come back at noon . Was NOT Told an extra $40.00 US would be charged for this. No water when checked in for hours and NO Hot water for the stay. Should have at least returned to $40.00 US dollars shower could not be shut off dripped all the time. Linda

Needs organization
I do not know if they are remodeling but the front desk needs a bigger desk and organization. I checked in at 3:30 and they had to find a room that was cleaned. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. Over all it was good. Just need better organization and communication.

No room key
The property ran out of key cards; which supposedly happen often. So to get into your room, the staff have to open the door for you. This is the first for us, not to have a room key to your room. We received a piece of paper with the room number written on it. And that’s our room key. This is how the staffs know that you stay there and what room to open. Would not recommend this place unless you prefer the inconvenient. Also, we booked a room with queen bed back in June. However, we got a full size bed.

There was literally a murder during my stay… according to a local resident the hotel is one of the sketchiest in the Fort Lauderdale area and from my limited experience it seems to be true

Horrible experience
When I made my reservation I selected to pay at the hotel upon arrival unfortunately my card was charged while I was still in Minneapolis. When I finally made it to the hotel no one could explain to me why my card was charged prior to my arrival. It was fraud and I will dispute the charge.
