Horrible experience. I want a refund.
So horribly full of mold i never slept 1 night there They gave me the wrong room upon check in, which was a nightmare. Long lines and bad service. They switched my room, which still wasnt what i booked. Charged a hotel fee, 100.00 cleaning fee upon check it, a resort fee, and parking fee. I never slept there. They refused to give me a refund.

The first room we were given had chewed gum stuck to the headboard. The second room had a toilet that didn’t flush and both had empty kitchens. The ceiling was peeling, cabinets falling apart and neither had been updated since the 70s. It was advertised as an ocean front room..the building was on the boardwalk but the rooms were not. Continental breakfast was one hour and in a separate building. Advertised 5 pools but all on separate properties. Very misleading and disappointing

We stayed at this property 10 or so years ago and liked it although not a luxury property it was cute and so close to the ocean. This time waw very different. Its tired, smelled like weed and we did not feel safe sleeping there. We booked a studio but here were no dishes, bath soap, not even paper towels to wipe the counter. We stayed the first night and left the next morning and stayed elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Feels incredibly unsafe, dirty, pictures are very misleading. Not worth staying here just to save some money. Staff is extremely rude. We felt so uncomfortable we left one hour after checking in.

Cozy beach stay
I was pleasantly surprised to find the room exactly as advertised. It appeared to have been recently renovated and had plenty of room. We had a partial ocean view and were right on the boardwalk. The room was very close to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again!
