Great for a stopover!
We stayed just one night after finishing a cruise before heading to the airport the next day. Free airport shuttle was one of the main draws. Attached bar was good and and a nice meal the night before.

The one night we stayed there we were on the first floor. It seemed OK. The restaurant that’s attached is not really part of the hotel was very expensive. I actually think the property is way too much open to the public. When we came back after our cruise, we were on the second floor. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty. The curtains look like they were from the 1950s with little moth holes all over them. I’m taking the shuttle to the airport was horrific. It was myself, my husband and a whole bunch of other people that were going to the cruise port myself and my husband were going to the airport. They said they would drop us off first which makes sense. We have a plane to catch. Well, they didn’t and the shuttle was in such bad shape. It could barely get over 10 miles an hour then it finally kicked in the guy went to the cruise port first and I’m really upset thinking we have a flight to catch we had to stop at three different cruise lines. Then on our way to the airport, the shuttle broke down. It was hard speaking to these people because didn’t seem they knew English that well. I told him I have to call an Uber. We have to get to the airport and the guy got all mad at me. You got to be kidding me I was just horrible.

I was there with my 15 year old granddaughter visiting my son before all of us went to key largo. Got in late and around 10:30pm there was a loud knocking on door. I looked outside and there was a man and told him to go away and called the front desk. 11pm another guy was knocking on door very loud and I yelled go away and called the desk. Third time I called the desk and the man was there with them and they wanted me to open the door. Well hell no. Granddaughter was so scared. It was door dash but I was never asked if I wanted another room. My son had to pick her up. Bad customer service.

One Night Pre-Cruise Stay
No one is PERFECT... Our first time staying there, the hotel is a bit dated, the room looks also dated, BUT CLEAN WHITE BED SHEETS, Comfy Beds and Pillows, WHITE TOWELS, We love the FREE Airport PU & FREE Cruise Port Drop Off (Between 10~11am), Also FREE Breakfast... We arrived FLL early, Called the hotel, Waited about 40mins (depends on traffic) for the shuttle with text msg confirmation... Early Check-in was available (Surcharge)... We got our room around Noon instead of waiting till 3pm...Showered and took a nap till 5pm... Had dinner at the Bar n Grill which is directly connected to the Hotel...Good Foods, Good Service,... Will Stay Again... One Night Pre Cruise Stay

Fun little tropical resort. Families! Couples!
The property was very tropical and felt like a fun resort. The breakfast was good. A little limited. But beautiful tropical trees around to sit outside and eat. The bathrooms were big and water pressure was great. Beds were super comfy. Tv had lots of channels. The desk staff were so nice. There is a guy that looks just like Guillermo from my fave show What We Do In The Shadows that made the stay more fun. Also a guy dressed up like a captain for Halloween greeted us in the breakfast area. Lots of Halloween decorations and year round photo ops outside like big chairs to sit in. The also picked us up at the airport and took us to the cruise port the next day. The rooms were easy to get to. We had a window facing the garden. The pool was nice, big and clean. They had a big bar next to the lobby. We didn’t go in it but it was open late. One complaint was that we were told to be at the lobby at 9:45am for the 10am shuttle to the cruise port. We got there at 9:45am and the guy said they left already. We had to wait about 30 minutes for another one. We rushed out of our room for nothing and that was kinda annoying. The guy outside tried to argue that he called me and he in fact didn’t. The place seemed like a mom and pop operation over all in a good way. The staff was always around and helpful and smiling.

It took 50 minutes for the shuttle to get to the airport and the restaurant is nice but expensive and nowhere else to eat if walking. Breakfast is usually very nice haven’t eaten there yet this trip.
