Was close to the airport but no shuttle after 11 Pm.No eggs or sausage for breakfast. Room was smelly , noisy during the night.Matress not confortable at all.Overall, good for one night only but very pricy...430$ for all the above, not a good start for a Cruise.

Kelly at reception was the highlight of our stay. Kelly was very helpful and friendly during both our trips before and after our cruise. Even when she was very busy she remained approachable and was very efficient when dealing with multiple tasks. Checking in was easy. Unfortunately the cover on the door latch (the part that is on the side they latches into the wall) was falling off. We had to hold it in place to close the door. That was an issue and one the housekeepers could not ignore so this should have been taken care of during routine maintenance so this tells me the maintenance on the overall hotel is lacking. It is located close to a lot of shops so that was convenient. Overall, the hotel was an ok stay for a night while coming and going on a cruise or heading to the airport.

We utilized the airport shuttle and shuttle to the cruise port. Rooms are not the best but it was convenient for us. Close to a few stores and restaurants. Quick Uber to Hollywood Broadwalk.

It was a basic place near the airport to stay with a shuttle and free breakfast. That’s it. If you need a simple place that gets the job done this is it but it’s severely overly priced. It gave motel vibes. It wasn’t the cleanest. The room had like a basic cleaning but you could see the microwave, sides of the bed, dressers, AC filter, shower sides & edges were all dirty. The pool was super small. The staff were rude. When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk & then when I saw someone the woman gave me an attitude like I was inconveniencing her to check in for a room I paid for. The shuttle driver didn’t even drop us off at the right area of the airport & then caught an attitude when we expressed this & told us to walk around. Breakfast starts at 6:30. We went downstairs at 6:28 because we had to catch the shuttle by 6:50 and everything was already set up & the woman caught an attitude saying breakfast starts at 6:30. How would we know she didn’t start a little early? Only 2 minutes & everything already set up. Put a barrier rope up if it’s really that serious. Lastly, it was super loud. People use this hotel I guess because close to the airport & cruise ports but it’s loud all hours of the night. I guess as people arrive & leave. We were woken up to people talking loud in the hallway, slamming doors, car doors slamming outside the window at 11p, 1a, 2a, 4a and 5a. Very annoying. Wouldn’t stay here again.
