We are in a spectacular BEACH neighborhood smack in the heart of town!! You can literally walk to everything you could want in town. The beach, grocery store, salon, Office Centers, gym, drug stores , cafes, shops , restaurants and night life. The large studio has a new queen bed with extra soft linens, sofa, full kitchen, full bath & new floors.
A perfect getaway for 1 or 2 guests. Small Pet welcome $100 fee for 10 days.

The space is
A beautiful Florida studio with beautiful light grey wood floors and tile in kitchen and baths.
The studio is Equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom with a step in shower.
This gem is just a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach where you will pass shops, beautiful yachts passing on the Intracoastal, restaurants and cafes, salons, laundry Mat and medical offices.
Get your hair done, your nails done, have a Gelato and enjoy the views of yachts passing by and Beach action. We are pet-friendly for pets under 25 lb. There is also a non refundable pet fee of just $100 for up to 2 weeks. Long term $200 pet fee please.
We welcome you to book this beautiful beachy studio. Your parking space is directly in front of your door and the neighbors are wonderful and quiet. Please be aware that the linens and decor may be replaced from time to time. The pictures may not show the exact bed spread as we change them out often for cleanliness. There is also a new sofa.
Upon arrival you will receive a welcome kit of amenities. For longer stays 1 week or more you will provide your own amenities including shampoos, conditioner, soaps, toilet paper and paper towels.
Stays more than 2 weeks require an additional cleaning of 75. This will include bed linens and towels.

Your rental is a large studio. The unit has a separate kitchen and a separate bath allowing you to have privacy within your own space. There is also an outside patio should you want to relax outdoors or catch some rays. This small patio is in the front of the building and may be shared by other guest at times.
We are in the heart of the beach town. Literally walking distance to everything you could possibly want. The supermarket and shopping center are directly across the street. The Cove shopping center has great restaurants shops and salons and sits directly on the intracoastal waterway.
Other things to note
The surrounding neighborhood and Neighbors are wonderful. This is a great relaxed, beach neighborhood. A very active lifestyle with people... walking and biking.... everyone's happy with outdoor life! 😊
