Just ok.
The stay was ok. The room didn’t have a microwave. The shower still had hair from the last guests. & the pillows were flat. There are hidden fees that you are not aware of. You must pay for parking at the hotel. The free parking is across the street but you have to move your vehicle by 6:50 in the morning or else you’ll get a ticket. & there’s a deposit to stay at the hotel besides what you’re paying!

Definitely worth it!
We loved our stay!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early after debarking from our cruise. We will most definitely stay here again. I love that the hotel is family oriented and the colors are soooo welcoming.

The night shift at desk was very kind and accommodating on 12/26/2024 at midnight. Found water when they thought they ran out and was kind to my disabled children. Very nice young lady.

Customer service was Excellent and the accommodations were great for my conditions. I loved the roll in shower and the bathroom was very large, I felt very safe using all the bathroom amenities.

Worst stay ever. Front desk staffing very unprofessional. Housekeeping never changes the bed sheets. Dirty since you get there. Room wasn’t ready at check in. (I got there later and still wait for my room)… management not able to solve problems. This is very disappointing- I usually stay in Hilton Hotels and never got this bad experience.
