The most beautiful view of the ocean and walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. It is an older hotel, but they are updating it and it is clean. We went in August right after school started so it was relatively quiet.

Hotel/property is Conveniently located across from the beach but once it gets dark there is no street lights around the property nor on the street! The corner restaurant on the property is closed, there was construction activity going on all day (9 to 5) at the pier and around the property which made the stay a little noise and not relaxing! Street is constantly being patrolled by police, rangers and safety officers during the day!
