First night the fire alarm went off two times, and nobody on the lobby was answering the phone to tell what was going on. My bathroom was dirty, hair on the floor and dusty. The carpet on the corridor was so dirty! And the staff looked like they were stressed all the time.

Shuttle from the airport was nice. Ability to store our suitcases prior to checking into the room. But did pay a couple dollars a bag for this service. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Stayed here prior to deporting on a cruise./

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. But they have the alarm system set so that the entire building had to be evacuated twice in one night (and it had happened once the previous night too according to another traveler) due to someone smoking in their room. I got no rest and we not offered any compensation for the situation. Will not be staying again because of this. Too bad. It wasn’t a terrible hotel to stay at before the cruise. Breakfast “buffet” did not look good. Worse than most free breakfasts. And was $15 per person. They had a nice bar. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Good stay for airport
Overall good for an airport stay. Its 5 min from FLL, they offer a shuttle there and parking for your car and they have an in-house restaurant/bar which was convenient. We had good late night cuban sandwiches. The ac in the room is a wall unit and made a lot of noise and was very humid in the room.

I thought the hotel was very clean until I got into bed and it almost seemed like someone else had slept in the sheets prior to me. I did not contact the hotel front desk for different sheets or let them know they were dirty.
