The code to get in was lost in my texts so it took me a while to locate.. needing a 9 Digit code to unlock door every time is annoying. There were no keys for the storage shed, so no bikes, no beach equipment. I telework so needed WiFi but the WiFi didn’t work! I contacted Vacasa way too many times to count. I was told a repairmen would come, no one ever came. I was told a manager would call. No one ever called. I had my 80 year old Mom and no beach chair. I had my 17yo son and no bikes, I had to work and No WiFi. The garbage disposal was broken and the sink was clogged and smelly. The freezer was full of ice because someone didn’t put the ice tray in properly. The water pressure in the guest bathroom is terrible. We all wound up using the master bathroom. The remotes to the tvs were all in a cabinet in the living room. We couldn’t get the upstairs TVs to work, but we did finally figure out the living room even tho the batteries were critically low.. The beach was beautiful, and the pool was great! But Vacasa is a horrible management company. I tried to handle this privately, but again no response.. tickets were put in for help, I was told they were being expedited.. but nothing… so sad such an amazing property is using such a horrible property management company.
