Vacation and relax poolside in this newly renovated 1 bedroom and bathroom home across the street from the beach and nature preserve. White sandy beach access is .2 miles to the north or south, and Lover’s Key state park is 0.5 miles to the south. The location of this home offers a short walk to scenic and peaceful bay beaches, and easy access to FMB town center - the best of both worlds to get the most out of your vacation. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a short trolly ride or easy bike ride to the tourist district/Fort Myers Beach Town Center. Please note that the island is still significantly impacted by the storm but our home is fully functioning!

The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with soft linens There is a full pullout in the living room.

The Kitchens is fully stocked with pots and pans for any meal, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and all the other essentials for a great meal after a day at the beach.

Dining seating for 4 at the spacious kitchen island

The front covered patio is great to sit and people watch, escape the afternoon sun, a rainy afternoon shower or enjoy a morning coffee!

Parking limited to 2 cars.

The internet is super fast 1200mbs download and 30mbs upload.

We provide towels for the beach, beach chairs, and towels.

Pets are welcome. $50/night per pet minimum of $200

The place was wonderful for what my wife and I were looking for. The ocean and beach were just across the street. Hanging out on the beach, taking walks on the sand and perfect sunsets. The accommodations were outstanding, everything was spacious, new and clean. All the essentials were provided right down to beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and even an oversized wagon to transport it all to the sand and ocean. Top that off with a screened in pool in the back yard. We even had use of the Weber grill and cooked some great food one night. Val and Blair are quality people and great host. You will not be disappointed. We would love to come back. Ken & Kari

Fort Myers Beach, Laguna Shores
This home has been beautifully restored after the terrible devastation of Hurricane Ian. Although empty lots and construction can still be seen all around the area, this home is definitely a little piece of normalcy returned. Exceptionally clean, super comfy bed and with all the conveniences needed to enjoy our two week stay. As described, there are two beach access points very close to the home and with most resorts not open yet the beach at this end of the island is quite empty. Beach chairs/umbrella available on site to bring with us. We didn’t have a car for our first week but the trolley is running hourly and for 75 cents, it was perfect for getting to and from Time Square for the busy beach, dinner, sunsets and drinks. Both Valerie and Blair were both wonderful hosts and were quick to respond any time we reached out. Five+ hosts in a five+ home! We’ll be back! Diane and Larry
