Cockroach Infested Stay with RUDE Hosts Offering ZERO Customer Service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Where to begin!!? The rental agency is unwilling to accept any responsibility for any of the following inconveniences throughout our two weeks stay. My family arrived to wet beds with yellow stains all over the mattress, and brown stains all along the bed frames. The garage doors didn’t work, neither did the pool. Beware if you have kids as it just drops 12ft down.The pool had issues every single day, never heating or staying full. It was malfunctioning all two weeks, and finally broke the last week. We could not use it.The trash was full upon arrival, and wasn’t picked up on the days noted in their folder.They had flying roaches in every room every single day. They said this is FLORIDA and we should get used to it. No, they have a pest issue. The elevator never once worked as advertised. The button kept beeping on “call help” all 14 days.They had only a 3-5 day starter kit of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels… for 2 weeks.The fridges never worked until last 3 days. We had repairmen there every single day which invaded our privacy. We only had two tiny trash cans that were FULL upon arrival. The rudeness and frankly, total lack of communication made this the worst vacation we’ve ever experienced and for the price they’re charging, we expect a discount or full refund. If they are not willing to see their mistakes, we will take this up with our financial institutions as there are over 10 witnesses, and everything is documented!

Great spot
Place was clean. Mile from the grocery store. 1.5 miles from lots of bars and restaurants. Had chairs and cooler and wagon for the beach here. Beds were comfy. Pool was a nice option even though the places around this house were in rough shape from the recent storms. Lots of vacant lots also. Great spot to stay.

This property and location are great! Easy walk to beach and time square. Things are opening back up and this place is convenient to all. We enjoyed the pool and spa after hot days at the ballpark. Great week and great property.

Close to everything !
Located in the heart of everywhere you want to be. We walked downtown most nights, and across the street to the beach during the day. It is a beautiful large home! Washer and dryer on each floor was super convenient.

Lovely Home in Great Location -
The home itself is beautiful and very well appointed. It has more than one can use in a short stay! Also, there are amenities offered that are not mentioned - hair blow dryers and beach towels - so no need to pack yours! The stay would have been excellent, except there were things broken that should have been fixed prior to a rental of this stature and price!!! No working ice maker - even with 3 refrigerators. Bottom Freezer door in main kitchen fridge was almost impossible to pull open (even after they sent someone to fix it), elevator did not work upon arrival until Handyman came and fixed, One Pool Torch Light didn't work that resulted in a gas leak half way through our stay (and another intrusion by Gas Company workers), and Under water Pool Lights didn't work. Overall, we had repair people in the house three days repairing things that should have been up-to-par when we arrived. The property managers arranged the repairs but left us to handle the workers. Also, we wanted to rent the Pontoon Boat that is shown in the rental pictures, but it was also not working due to a tear in the bottom. My final suggestion, since no one meets you at check-in, is to provide written instructions on how to work the pool/spa remote control. It is not self-explanatory. Lovely rental but it needs to be kept ship-shape to get 5 Stars!

Great home, poor communication
The house itself is great! Beautiful home and very comfortable. Great location to everything! The pool is way smaller than it looks. Possibly 5’ wide? We did have a problem with a cockroach in the master bath that seemed to come from behind the wall in the pipe however he was way too fast to get. We’ve never dealt with cockroaches but did see they can be common in Florida. We were disappointed that there wasn’t enough paper towels, trash bags or toilet paper. When we asked where extra was we were told we needed to go buy some. This should be something that should be supplied as people having to purchase them will obviously not be packing the remainder. As far as communication, it was disappointing. After a long trip our kids were excited to get into the pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated and the hot tub was empty. Kids were extremely frustrated as were we. We had to wait until the following day to get instructions to utilize it. On Friday we had run to get coffee and came back to a man in the kitchen (where my purse was). When we asked who he was or what he was doing he said he was the maintainer for the pool. We were again frustrated as we were never told someone would be in the house. It was no where in paperwork or anything. Needless to say it was pretty uncomfortable. Also I’m not sure if this is a common Thing but having to pay the utilities after paying for such an expensive stay was a little odd as we would assume that would be included as well. There are quite a few things that are minimal that could be done to enhance a customers stay and encourage a revisit. Because of these things we won’t return to this property. Which is a shame to the owner as it’s a beautiful home!

Great Location
The agent was efficient, on time and explained the workings of the house. The property is in a great location and only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It is spacious, bright and well equipped. The only negatives, and reason for not giving 5 stars, is the view from the rear patio and pool size.

Best Location on the Island
This property was excellent. Everything worked properly and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you need. Going into the week we were concerned about the thermostat having to be set at 75 all day. After the first day, we set both main floor and 3rd floor thermostats on 77 both day and night, and we were amazed how comfortable the house was at 77. (have not received our deposit back showing how much electricity we used but should be minimal.) The shaded outdoor lanai with TV and large dining table was a great spot to eat dinner each night, even during some wild thunderstorms!! The beds, in each bedroom, were outstanding and the bedrooms were plenty spacious. Bathrooms were good size. The only slight issue is the water pressure was very low in all showers and even the kitchen sink. Living room furniture was extremely comfortable. TVs/Wifi throughout the house were in great working order. The pool is much smaller than we thought it would be but was very serviceable for our group. The dock down below was great to sit on and watch dolphins and even a manatee swim around. The location to restaurants/bars/ice cream/pier cannot be beat from this house. Everything is a short walk away. There are no nearby grocery stores within walking distance on the island. There is a Publix about 10 minutes away by car across the bridge. After reading several of the other reviews we were slightly hesitant about this property after we booked. Going over the 4th of July week, we knew there was not going to be a need to heat pool or hot tub. However, we were concerned about being in sun all day and only being able to cool house to 75. Like I mentioned earlier, the house at 77 degrees throughout was very comfortable and even cool during the overnight hours. This house has everything in it and everything around it to make for a perfect week for your family and friends. ***I will update this review to let everyone know the Electricity charges for the house being kept at 77 to give you an idea of what to expect for your stay at this great property**

Rental company never fixed the pool/hot tub heater even though we reported it on the first full day. They claimed it was fine but when the pool cleaner person show up they told us it was looked at the week before because it wasn't working. Outside fire pit didn't work properly, one ran all night long as we couldn't get it to turn off. TV's in up stairs bedrooms didn't work. Electric bill was very high, we had the AC set to 78 the whole time. It ended up being 6 times the allotted amount. When asked for compensation for the troubles all that was given was less then half the Electric charge. Its a shame very nice house but too many troubles for us to rent it again.

Gorgeous in an amazing location near everything!
This home was even better than described. Very large with high end everything we wanted for nothing with this home. The location made for easy access to all the beach activities and restaurants as well as easy exit off the island when we wanted without getting stuck in all the beach traffic. This may become a Christmas and New Years tradition for us!

The house was amazing, gorgeous pool, elevator and easy walk to beach. The additional charge for the electric bill was a little offsetting, especially since we were stuck at the house for half a day waiting on a repair person, due to AC issue, which probably effected the bill. Other than that loved the place, and were planned on booking next year, but with the electric charges what they were, will have to consider somewhere else.
