People at check in were help full all the time. It looks a good place, Breakfast was good, the lady at breakfast was nice all the time. One thing I care a lot when I am staying in any hotel is the bed, I had to ask for a new pair of sheets cause they are not changing sheets mines were dirty when we check in, later the last day of my stay here I took a second room and sadly sheets were dirty again. I have to say that when this happens all the time , housekeeping supervisors needs to pay more attention to this point. Dirty sheets can cause you many diseases. You don't want to sleeps over the sweat of other people .

Replace the sheets and provide more dry towels!
We stayed 5 nights. The room was not cleaned on the weekend nights. Skimpy on towels! We had 2 adults in the room, and had only three bath towels. We had to request additional towels. Linens on bed were clean, but in worn condition, and top sheet on one of the beds had a hole/tear.

I love this place. I come her once every month or two for work. And I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The manager in charge of breakfast “Soheir” is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She always greets every person that walk in. I will always choose to stay here when I’m in fort meyers
