I was surprised when I walked in how nice this property was. The staff was very friendly and even allowed me to check in early. The only complaint I have was the groups staying there had a lot of kids and they were running around the hotel in the morning during breakfast.

I had a two week stay here and it was my temporary housing while I looked for a place to live in SWFL. Obviously I was here long enough to get a good picture of the ins and outs of it. The hotel is well-run from the top-down. I dealt with Jorge and Carissa at the front desk many times and they were so pleasant and kind. The entire staff is pleasant and polite. The hot breakfast is so clutch. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. It’s safe and the parking is free. Best value you’re going to get in this area. Easy walking distance to River District and also a Publix grocery store 5-7 minute walk away.

The room was nice but the bathroom outlet was too close to the backsplash of the sink so nothing could be plugged in the bathroom-little inconvenient. The pool was green so we didn’t use it, the location was perfect for what we needed and there were several dining options within a short distance.

The staff was so friendly! Front desk lady was very sweet , along with the gentleman that came to the rescue with a bottle opener late at night! The hotel is new...very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Short walk to everything! Didn't have breakfast, but it looked pretty good! Would definitely go back again.
