This is my 2nd time staying at this property, very clean and fun tiki bar. The only negative is the parking or lack of it at night when the entertainment is there and the parking is open to the public. Otherwise all good!

Needs improvement.
Great place. Love the Tiki Bar, perfect location to party. Parking is free but can be challenging. Mold smell coming from the AC, damp, stuffy air, it gave me a headache. Beds were comfy and clean but there was sand all over the floor. Management unwilling to acomodate requests like a minor late checkout even though they were not busy. I'll be back for the location and Tiki crowd and staff. Made me feel welcomed. Charity is great.

I understand the issues with the hurricanes the area has experienced. This does not excuse the lack of cleanliness inside the suites. Had to kill bugs and purchase cleaning products to clean evrything myself.

We came down days after the area opened up after hurricane Milton. There was some construction (like there is everywhere after hurricane Ian) but our room was clean and the Tiki bar was great. The pool area looked nice. The beach was a minute or two walk away. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Power unexpectedly went out for over 6 hours in our room, causing the food in our fridge to go bad. Received a text that the powef was out at 11:15am.but never received a notification to return when the power actually did come back. We tried asking around 2ish, and the gentlemen was very rude, stating he had arrived a little while ago and was told the outage was for 4-5 hours. Since no one knew when the power would return, we headed across the street for dinner. Unfortunately, there was very poor communication, causing us to not enjoy much time at the pool or Tiki bar and not so great customer service! This morning while I checked out from our 3 night stay, I mentioned the inconvenience and recieved another excuse...internet did not kick in for another 2-3 hours once the power returned therefore they were not able to send a notification text. Thanks but no thanks, will not be returning.

Love the location near the beach. However, the music by the tiki bar is loud and goes until 2am. The rooms are not sound proof. No sleep! Would not recommend for seniors and will not stay again.

Nice little gem hidden amongst the hurricane destruction. For all that this area has been through this resort has bounced back with great resilience. The Tiki bar and pool areas are fantastic. Great staff and service.
