We stay at this hotel every other month for business. I understand the extra charges of $80 since some folks trash the room but we stay there all the time so my service man’s credit card wouldn’t work so I booked the room. He is handicap and I didn’t notice the room was not handicap accessible. He ask to change rooms and the rude desk clerk would not change it. We won’t be staying there anymore. Ridiculous.

Don’t believe negative comments! This is a very good place to stay. It’s central to many stores and restaurants, the room was well-appointed, fresh, and pleasant. It’s a little close to the interstate, but the relatively light traffic wasn’t a deal killer. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Rude behavior at the Front Desk was unacceptable especially when trying to utilize the Lobby Computer Kiosk with NO signage to indicate outage or when to expect a return to service. Noise emanating from a room next to mine was excessively loud, late night - early morning with no intervention by hotel staff.

This hotel is newly remodeled, clean, room key worked the first time, young lady at check was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was very good.

The elevator is not working and people are smoking right at the front of the hotel. The AC in my room was so loud like a lawnmower, I was working at the Steel Horse Rally, I didn't have time to switch rooms or complain
