Nice hotel room, but lacking amenities in the room
This hotel is very nice. We missed having a chair in the room other than the desk chair, and we also missed having a microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Staff was great. Room was clean. The only negative, which is very minor, is that the comforter was scratchy. This was my first visit at this location, but I would certainly stay there again.

Everything was great. Only thing I would complain about is that the beds are too hard for our own comfort but it’s impossible to please everyone. I would also suggest having bananas available for breakfast.

Beyond uncomfortable bed
Clean and cute hotel. Super friendly staff. Clean and well-equipped gym. I travel extensively for work and this is the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in- although I didn’t get much sleep. It was surprising because the rest of the hotel seemed new and nice. Might as well have been sleeping on a cardboard mat on the floor. I can generally sleep anywhere - not that picky - this was the WORST. Will pass on this hotel chain I the future.

Overall very good experience and good price.
Had some phone issues with check in. After long drive I needed assistance. Made a comment about going elsewhere and a male front desk employee told me to look both ways before crossing the street. However Angelica was very helpful!!! Also one night men staying in next room we're playing video games and swearing and throwing things against our common wall. This went in until about midnight . I didn't report due to fear of receiving retaliation. I did tell front staff this morning. I do wish your Hispanic staff could speak some English.
