Very pleased!
Very nice will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Fort Wayne. My room was very clean, bathroom nice & modern. Pool was open but i did not swim. Served breakfast but i did not eat juat had coffee. Staff very friendly and pleasant.

The room and hotel in general, were clean and well maintained. Front desk employees could be more aware of customers at the desk. Other than that, I have no complaints with our stay.

Dirty and Management Lied multiple times.
Horrible. Please note, this is factual and fair in our assessment of the property and our stay. We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned. The front desk told us each day that we would be placed on the list to have our room serviced. Each night arriving later in the evening, the room was never attended. The front desk apologized and stayed it would be corrected for the next day. It never was. We were told that we would be given a partial credit and that "Michael" would call us, of which he never did and no partial credit was received. Not our goal to receive a credit, we simply needed the errors addressed. Also, please note, room door had to be slammed in order to close. The bottom of our feet became black from the dirt when not wearing socks. The toilet would not stop running unless the handle was jiggled several times. The list goes on folks. There are plenty of other hotels next door. We simply do not appreciate being lied to on multiple occasions by the front desk. We are probably the nicest folks you'll ever meet. This is simply a terrible multi-night experience that didn't have to be this way given the multiple opportunities to correct. Again, I never want you to experience what we had to endure.

It was okay. Breakfast was mediocre at best The room was fine. The staff was very friendly. Only one elevator which makes for a very long walk to your room unless you care to climb the stairs.
