The room was average, the cleaning wasn’t the best. The staff at the bar and restaurant were not very friendly and working in hospitality the staff should at least acknowledge the guests and it took the staff over 5 minutes to do that and we were the only two sitting at the bar.. No coffee or anything was offered to us but we noticed other guests were. I would not recommend this specific hotel to others.

They wanted to charge us for breakfast everyday even though we paid upfront for 3 people even though they will giving breakfast for 2 only, no water in the room unless you pay, room service they never put coffee or cream unless you ask multiple times and one of the reason we booked this hotel was the indoor hot tub and it was out of order for 6 days we couldn’t get to use it the property was clean but customer service was not good we are not staying there again.
