Overall the hotel was very clean. The parking was the worst. Very limited parking spaces and if you drive a truck or SUV it's extremely hard to get in or out of the spaces. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast and coffee were not ready on time. We checked out at 7 am and the coffee wasn't even started. They told us they were about to start getting everything ready. (Was told 6-10 am was breakfast on Mondays) the staff was very friendly and kind and the rooms were clean.

It was so run down and filthy. The elevator is terrifying, the room was dingy with roaches in the bathroom. The shower only ran scalding hot water. If you switched to cooler it shut off to a trickle. The cover on the AC fell off within minutes of us entering the room. They sent maintenance to fix it but they could not because it was not the cover for the brand of unit. You could hear every neighboring room like the people were in the room with you. Weed clouds everywhere you went in the hotel. The ONLY saving grace for this hotel was the friendly staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Freaks on Parade
This is a very nice hotel to stay. Easy acess to I 30 close to Sundance Square and not for from Dickies Arena. Go a couple of blocks east and catch the train to Dallas.

They over charged me and refused to correct the problem. Thsy also could not explain their billing process. They said you are charged every night, unless you arent. Nothing about that made sense. They charged me for handicap parking. I dont believe that is legal but i am looking into it. The bed was squeaky and every time my husband move the smallest amount the whole bed would move. The room was supposedly wheelchair accessible but, my wheelchair barely fit between the bed and dresser and the shower wss set up for failure. The shower bench was on one side of the shower and the shampoo, conditioner, and soap qas on the other side. Ever time you take a shower the bathroom floor became flooded. They put false charges on my card- suite shop wss charged to my card several times when we didn't get anything from suite shop. To get to the wheelchair accessible parking you had to go through door that fell down when my husband pushed the botton. The entire door almost hit him.
