Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Forgot his name but i came in super late amd he had got there at 12 i think. Said hi to me everyday. Very welcoming. Room was great!

Hotel still felt new and was pretty clean. Staff was very nice and professional. Room was clean and large. Very quiet area. Only downside was there is a lot of people they walk through the parking lot which made me feel a little un overnight. Not the hotels fault at all it’s just the general location I’m guessing. The parking lot is very well lit and there is 3 hotels all right together which makes it better.

Weak desk clerk communications
The checkin process was irritating. The clerk didn’t communicate well at all. He wasn’t clear and the website didn’t explain the large amount that you pay for a small dog. 50 dollars for a small pet is ridiculous. The room was clean and breakfast was appreciated.

We have stayed at this property for several years in a row now. Our biggest complaint is that there is no turndown service. They do bring fresh towels daily, but that’s about as good as it got. They would only bring one set of coffee service for 2K cups. The vent above our shower was super noisy and left behind a lot of rusty stuff that was falling out of it. When we got there, we did not have a remote for our television, but they did promptly bring one upstairs to us. That was nice. The staff is very nice . We did not utilize the pool or weight room. The only other complaint is, it was faster to take the stairs than the elevator.

The front desk was very nice but sometimes hard to get their attention with them sitting in the back on their phones. But the biggest issue was cleanliness. Everywhere we looked there was built-up grime on the floors, the corners, the heavily stained carpet, etc. Not to mention the sketchy elevator. Sometimes the buttons would not at all work so you would have to wait for someone to press one from a different floor. Definitely was not the best hotel, but I’ve stayed at worse. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless they do a deep clean.
