After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

Acomodação completamente abandonada, com luzes que não acedem, no meu quarto haviam 3 luzes queimada, no corredor mais que metade não acendem. Não há tomadas disponíveis no quarto de hotel, precisei desligar a televisão pra carregar i telefone, se for possível chamar aquilo de televisão, era um monitor de 15”. Quarto muito barulhento, com pouco abafamento de ruído, chuveiro elétrico não funcionava, na verdade precisei tomar banho de ducha do chuveiro, pois o próprio chuveiro estava com as saídas entupidas, impossibilitando o uso dele. Cartão pra porta de entrada péssimo, me senti num desafio de quem consegue abrir a porta, tem uma técnica de como se abre que fiquei três dias e não consegui descobrir, péssimo! Lençóis finíssimo, e ar-condicionado não funciona em sua melhor potência, além de haver uma geladeira antigaa que não veda completamente devido a sua borracha. Enfim, quem estiver lendo esse meu comentário, não reservem nesse hotel, vai ser mais desconforto, o preço dele por menor que seja não vale a pena, escolha outro se possível!
