Room was clean and good , breakfast was very good and it is good place for the family who have kids
Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff!! We had originally booking our stay in Fortaleza at the Sierra did not like the service nor the facilities. The Vila Galé was fantastic and would recommend all to book a stay there.
The hotel was nice. Breakfast was nice. The restaurant on the beach was nice. Sadly I was very disappointed with the restaurant in the hotel. We had to wait a long time for the food and it was not as good.
At guest services, Sony receives a gold star from us.....

Its an older property that's in need of a major upgrade. The rooms and hotel in general were just okay. R$6 for a bottle water in the room was pricey. Also, I am sure I booked a room with a partial sea view but when I arrived I was told that I hadn't booked one and after arguing a bit, I was given a "courtesy" upgrade. Totally unnecessary.

Old hotel needs refurbished. The breakfast is ok, the rooms were renovated but the hotel needs a refresher
I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN THIS HOTEL. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL ITS A 2 STAR LOW CATEGORY HOTEL .
THEY TAKE 2 HOURS FOR CHECK IN , THE STAFF IS VERY VERY RUDE ...THE ROOMS LOOK LIKE 80S SHABBY BROKEN DOORS ...YOU CANNOT SEE THE MIRROR AS THEY THE SO OLD .
It was wonderful walking into the lobby, and realizing we were going to be staying here. The food was excellent, the service was great and apart from a couple minor bumps this was easily the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at a hotel. Loved the city of Fortaleza as well.
Hotel close to the beach. Kind staff but less efficient, no luggage carried. Old furniture a bit degraded. Catched some cockroaches in room. Wireless available only for one user. Good food but less cared, cakes exposed to flies.
In short, is an hotel for a pleasant stay at beach without waiting to have some comfort details.

Good experience overall. Service is not quite up to US standards, but this hotel is one of the better ones we have stayed at in Brazil. Food was above average in the restaurant and in the three private banquets we attended.
Would have given it 5 starts if it had free internet in the rooms. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby and has a fee for the rooms (does not cost too much). But connection is spotty in the rooms. If you want beach location, it is great. Right across the street from a very nice beach. And they have beach chairs/umbrellas free for guests.
