I have never seen a desk clerk walk out while checking in someone before she finished. Customer was very nice and clerk didn’t appear mad, clerk just left!

Blankets were stained. Water would not go down in the sink. Ceiling was peeling in multiple places. People appear to live there and were walking around with huge hampers of clothes. Full conversations going on outside of our room in the middle of the night. It was a last minute reservation for a wedding and I regret it. Didn’t get good rest there the whole weekend.

Average and way overpriced for what we got. Minimal amenities, people hanging out in the stairwells that may not have been guests, a $3 fee for the use of the safe, whether or not we used it - an outrageous charge after already paying $205!

There were obvious stains on the linens and towels to the point you can tell they don’t clean them. Most of the lights did not work, likely to keep it too dim for you to notice how filthy it was. The floors and bathroom look like they have never been clean. Smelled horrible. Appeared incredibly unsafe. Not at all how it was pictured and was entirely false advertising. I had to leave and find another hotel. Deserves 0 stars

My biggest complaint was that the people in the room next to me (mine was room 222) were loud, obnoxious, and smoking endless weed all night and into the morning, right by my window. When I asked them to move down a bit, or go to the parking lot where lots of other people were smoking, they refused to, were combative and non communicative. When I threatened to go to the manager they said the manager knew them and wouldn’t do anything. I did go to the desk manager to complain, and I believe she came up to talk to them but they continued to be loud. I was concerned that they would retaliate, or do something to my car. Neither happened, but it added an element of discomfort and concern to my stay. I’m a smoker myself, so I don’t have anything against it, but I will say that the whole complex smelled like weed the whole time I was there (2 nights), with groups of people smoking in the parking lot and outside their rooms. Perhaps consider adding on the “no smoking” policy that this also includes smoking outside their rooms. My whole room smelled like weed.

Good choice for Logan Express bus
We are experienced budget travelers and this place was a solid A in terms of staff helpfulness, updated room decor and cleanliness. Can’t be beat for convenience to the Airport Express Framingham bus (Uber from motel cost us $14 plus tip). Usual budget drawbacks: smaller room size, some outside noise from neighbors. Note: No room fridge or microwave. However, were used to paying around $100/night for an equivalent lodging. Gotta love the Boston area.
