"Wir haben die Weihnachtsfeiertage im Excelsior Palace verbracht. Es war einfach perfekt von A bis Z. Freundliches Personal, schönes Hotel, hervorragendes Essen und tolle Bar. Auch das Spa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Werde diese einmalige Aussicht vermissen. "

"Sie haben uns drei Tage frieren lassen, keine Heizung bei 4 Grad in der Nacht…. dann endlich haben sie sie wieder angestellt … wäre doch eine Selbstverständlichkeit! Beim Empfang keine Person da zur Begrüssung… Kein benvenuti nur ein ruppiges Fragen nach den Pässen. Koffer in mini Fahrstuhl muss man selber hochstemmen.. Schade … wir werden nicht mehr kommen."
